Medicare is one of the most complicated types of insurance in existence. We know this because we live it every day. Many are overwhelmed and bombarded with ads on TV and paperwork in their mailbox. What should you pay attention to? What can you ignore? PLEASE- don’t ever enter in your phone number to see Medicare plans online!

What can you do to prepare? Get an updated list of your medications, and know the names of all of your doctors. On October 1st, you can go to Medicare quoting and enrollment to look at what’s available in your area. This should be the ONLY website you should be visiting to shop for plans, or on Medicare.gov
